① 학술잡지
학술잡지의 연구논문을 인용할 때는 다음과 같이 저자명, 출판년도, 논문제목, 잡지명, 권, 쪽수, DOI를 반드시 표기한다. 인용 학술지명의 약어 표기는 해당 학회지의 약어 표기에 따른다.

② 단행본
단행본을 인용 할 때는 다음과 같이 저자명, 출판년도, 소제목, 책 제목, (판수), 편집자명, 출판사, 출판장소, 인용 첫부분과 끝부분의 쪽수를 기입한다. 소제목 다음에, In: 단행본 제목을 표기하며 그 예시는 다음과 같다.

표의 설명문은 영문(Times New Roman체)로 쓰고, 내용은 영문(Helvetica체 혹은 Arial체)로 쓴다.

Table 1으로 표시한다. 본문 중에서는 Table 1 또는 (Table 1)으로 인용한다. 표의 설명은 반드시 내용과 함께 보이도록 작성한다. 표의 크기는 인쇄시의 실제 크기 (가로 폭 8 cm 또는 17 cm)로 작성한다. 가능하면 표 밑에 각주(Footnote)를 쓰지 말고, 그 내용을 표 위에 오는 설명문 말미에 계속하여 넣는다. 각주를 쓸 경우는 아라비아 숫자를 윗첨자하여 각주를 할 곳에 표시하고, 표의 밑에 아래의 예와 같이 표시한다.

Fig.의 설명문은 그림 아래에 영문(Times New Roman체)로 쓰고, 내용은 영문(Arial체 혹은 Helvetica체)로 쓴다. Fig. 1으로 표시한다. 본문 중에서는 Fig. 1 또는 (Fig. 1)으로 인용한다. Fig.의 설명은 반드시 내용과 함께 보이도록 작성한다. Fig.의 크기는 인쇄시의 실제 크기(X축의 길이가 폭이 반단 인쇄시 6.5 cm, 전단 인쇄시 최대 15 cm)로 작성한다. X축의 내용이 같은 Fig.들은 합쳐서 수직으로 연결 배열한다.

① 그래프
모든 그래프는 ㄴ 자형이 아니고 ㅁ(테두리 쳐진 사각형)자형 사각형으로 그린다. Symbol이나 Symbol의 설명은 가능하면 설명문 말미에 계속하여 넣는다. 모든 그래프의 외곽선과 단위눈금의 굵기는 같아야 한다. 눈금의 방향은 그림 안쪽으로 향하도록 한다. X축과 Y축의 설명이나 단위의 font들은 인쇄시에 모든 Figs.들에서 각각 같은 크기가 되도록 원고를 작성한다.

② 묘화(Hand drawing)
인쇄시의 모양과 크기, 선의 굵기를 감안하여 그린다. 축소 시에 상세한 부분이 흐려지지 않도록 선의 굵기를 조정한다. 반드시 Scale bar를 넣고, 설명에도 Scale bar의 길이를 명시한다.

③ 사진
여러 장이 하나로 구성된 사진은 낱개의 사진들을 가능하면 붙여 배열한다. 반드시 Scale bar를 넣고, 설명에도 Scale bar의 길이를 명시한다. 칼라사진은 칼라로 인쇄할 것을 표시한다.
